BenefitAbility, takes a hands-on approach to account management. Every employer is assigned an Account Management Team to handle every aspect of their business. Each team consists of experts in underwriting, claim and problem resolution, financial analysis, HR compliance and account management.

Annual Reporting Requirements
We provide assistance in gathering the necessary information from your carriers to provide you the data in preparation for the filing of your Schedule A’s and 5500.
Summary Plan Descriptions
We will assist you in the review and finalization of the carrier provided Summary Plan Descriptions. In the event the carrier only provides a Certificate of Coverage, we are happy to assist in the drafting of a Summary Plan Description.
Legislative updates are provided on federal and state laws. Many of these are provided as informational updates and also as a language to be added to plan documents and/or summary plan descriptions.
Industry Trends and Emerging Issues
We provide periodic updates to our clients of pending or recently enacted legislation. As an example, we held a web based teleconference with our clients on HIPAA and have hired one of the industry experts on healthcare reform to assist our clients in understanding the upcoming legislative and operational changes.
